More about interviewing

I have spent the better part of a month involved in interviews in some way, shape or form. There are some great blogs, sites and books on good interviewing and I won't recreate them here.

Just permit me a few take-aways.

1. Quantity is no substitute for quality.
2. Volume is no substitute for substance.
3. Don't expect to "wing it" when you are in an interview.
4. Don't ramble. Stay focused.

Your interview is a precursor to your work style. Self Awareness is key here, people.
